Stress Management Seminar was held on 3rd May 2023, at DPS,Barmer . The Stress Management Seminar for teachers and as well as students looked into into various factors which lead to stress.Teachers and students were explained about the Psychological,Physiological, Behavioural symptoms that are indicative of a person being under stress as well as the loss of rational thinking and cognitive ability. Mr Manoj Agarwal Programme Coordinator Amity University, Rajasthan, Dr. Ajit Kumar Singh was the speaker from Amity University, Rajasthan.All the participants were engaged through interactive activities .
